lf the machine does not work

If the power supply is interrupted during use, it ispossible that overheating protection has activated.In order for OA to be more potent,the machine will auto cut off the power supplywhen the temp of heating pad rises above 230°CWhen the temperature cools down,the OA evaporator will auto turn onand continue working.

If the pipe is clogged

This plugged is caused by the properties of OAIf it is plugged, add the OA again,the vapor ofthe OA will break the plugged.If the plugged is very serious,add tap water to evaporateit in the same way as you add the OA.

If the Lid is Opened

After our many experiments, it is recommended that the maximum number of grams of OA added each time is within 8g,or the spoon we provide (within 4 spoons).otherwise the pressure generated by the evaporation of OA will pop the lid open.
